Papyrus says Hi and is ready to join my fanart roll~

I know his mouth is wrong (I've since figured it out but this was an old sketch), either way I think it still works out pretty okay. 

Did a slightly colored lineart, trying out the rule "no pure black EVER". I made another sketch of him today in my notebook that I really like so I might do that one soon, idk.
