Description

I was looking at (and admiring) guppies and saw that it seems like there usually isn't much art of them, just the more fancy saltwater fish kinds. I personally love guppies and decided that they should be a new subject I could pursue in art. As such, I painted this guppy using SAI.

I used a photo reference of a blue cobra guppy. He was not this turquoise nor in this pose, though.

I think I did pretty well for my first fish painting, don't you think?
